Born in 1963 in Buffalo, NY to William and Joyce Rott Jr, I grew up in Pendleton, graduating from Starpoint Central School. I started working in our family business in 1979 at the age of 16 as a roofers’ helper. After finishing school I worked full time as a roofer in 1981 and then as foreman installing for 12 years.

I then preformed in a sales role for approximately 4 years. After that I executed various management roles including and still, hiring all the installers we have. My current title is General Manager, which means, I do whatever needs getting done.

We have a management team whose focus is success through doing what’s best for the customer.
Our company is a contractor specializing in roofing, siding, windows and gutters.
Our position in the market place is Integrity, Quality and Value. We prove value and earn trust each day, year after year.
That’s 100 years of Shielding homes in Western New York.
I personally am dedicated to making sure whatever promises we make are kept. Also personally, I am a Christian and trying to be a good version of that (a definite work in progress).
I have a wife and 4 kids and enjoy tennis, reading books, and spending time with my family.
